On April 11th, 2023, Sachkhand Foundation organized a job fair recruitment event at MAIMS, Rohini. The event was aimed at recruiting interns for various roles in the foundation such as content writer, graphic designer, public relations, and photographer. The candidates were given a set of roles and responsibilities to make them aware of the duties they were supposed to perform if they got selected.
The event began with the arrival of the candidates at MAIMS, Rohini. All the candidates were given a warm welcome by the core team members of Sachkhand Foundation, who explained the roles and responsibilities of each position. The candidates were then asked to choose the position they were interested in. The interviews were conducted by the core team members of Sachkhand Foundation, who judged the candidates based on some criteria, including confidence, presentation, and experience. The candidates were asked questions related to their field of interest, and their responses were evaluated based on their communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and creative thinking. The interviews were conducted in a friendly and welcoming environment, which made the candidates feel comfortable.
