The Sachkhand Foundation, organized a grand Gurupurab Langar at Sisganj Sahib Gurudwara in Old Delhi on the auspicious occasion of the Prakash Gurupurab of Guru Teg Bahadur Ji. The event aimed to commemorate the birth anniversary of Guru Teg Bahadur Ji and showcase the spirit of selfless service, unity, and generosity within the Sikh community.
The Gurupurab Langar witnessed an enthusiastic participation of 20-30 dedicated volunteers from Sachkhand Foundation. These volunteers selflessly devoted their time and efforts to ensure the smooth functioning of the langar and to serve food to the attendees with utmost humility. Whole SKF team meticulously managed the entire process, from food preparation to serving, ensuring that each person was treated with love and respect. The Gurupurab Langar served as a testament to the core principles of Sikhism, promoting the values of community, equality, and selfless service. Individuals from all backgrounds, irrespective of their caste, creed, or social status, sat together on the floor, sharing the same meal in a spirit of unity.
